We are delighted to have you visit us here on the web.  We would count it an honor to have you visit with us in person at our church in Latham, New York.  There is a place for you no matter your age or spiritual level.  Our earnest prayer is to minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ to each individual that browses our website or worships with us in person. 

About our Church:

            Heritage Baptist Church began as a mission out of Immanuel Baptist Church of Corunna, Michigan in February of 2001.  Our first services were held at the Clarion Inn just off the Northway on Exit 6.  In January of 2002, we were blessed to lease our present facilities that are located between Latham Farms and Sparrowbush Road. 

            Heritage organized into an Independent Baptist Church in November of 2004 with about 65 organizing members.   Since then, we have seen consistent growth not only in our numbers, but also in our programs.  Heritage offers a fully staffed nursery, vibrant children, teens, singles, and adult ministries, a transportation ministry, as well as other activities and programs that will minister to the heart of your family.  Each family here will testify of the joy of being a part of a caring and friendly church that strives to meet the spiritual needs of every person we minister to.     

Our Goal:

            Our goal is to walk in the Light of Christ, and to bring others to His Light.  When an individual is exposed to the Light, Christ will begin to REVEAL six different areas in your life that if dealt with properly will help you to have a dynamic Christian walk.

                        Your Relationship with God: Is your relationship true and genuine?

                        Your Enthusiasm:  Do you enjoy the things of God?

                        Your Volition (will): Have you yielded your will to God?
                        Your Excellent Spirit:  Is your attitude above people and circumstances?

                        Your Affection: Is your heart set on obtaining the temporal or eternal?

                        Your Lifestyle: Does your life exemplify Christ to others?
